I believe these are the ones used for the Alexa Chung for Madewell presentation. These are a great alternative to the Chanel pair, unless you have a grand to spend then go with the Chanels. Ha! 

update: after further inspection, they are not the ones used by Madewell, still great none the less.

Surfing through pics of the mens Fall 10 shows in Milan its clear that next seasons must have will be the tall lace up boot. Not that it's anything new to many wardrobes, I personally picked up a great pair of the The Boot Company by Timberland recently that closely resemble the Dsquared ones and I just cant get enough of them. Wear them with your pants tucked in, over them or cuffed it all works.
